Finance Impact Industry Team (FIIT) is a 10-week program offering students a comprehensive exploration of the intersection between finance and social impact. Over the course of the program, participants delve into a range of topics, from sustainable investing philosophies to their real-world applications across various asset classes.

Throughout FIIT, students work in teams of two, focusing on assigned industries to complete market updates and other deliverables. The program analyzes the strengths and shortcomings of sustainable investing approaches, such as activist investing, while also covering essential finance topics like accounting basics, comparable analysis, and DCF valuation. This hands-on approach culminates in a final stock pitch project, allowing participants to apply the skills and knowledge gained during the program.

FIIT is open to first and second-year students from all schools, providing a diverse and dynamic learning environment for those interested in the intersection of consulting and social impact
