I tried Alfonso’s recommended dish: the plant-based Mediterranean Bowl featuring spirulina cream, portobellos, arugula, chili sweet potato, cucumber and sesame relish, avocado, tomato sauce, and hemp seeds with a cauliflower rice base. Not only was it delicious, but also incredibly refreshing and satisfying.
